LEATHER CARE

Since leather is a living material, it does not require daily maintenance.
You just need to maintain it with a leather milk to nourish the skin. Every six months, or after rain, waterproof your dry clothing.
 
We advise you to degrease your clothing every 2-3 years* (cleaning, re-dyeing, waterproofing), in order to restore its shine and unify its color.
After the rain :
 
– Let your garment dry away from any heat source.
 
– Once the garment is dry, apply waterproofing.
If you have a greasy stain:
 
– Apply Sommières earth to the stain. It’s a very absorbant clay.
 
– Rub gently with a soft cloth or finger at the stain, leaving some soil on it.
 
– Leave it to act for a few hours (overnight for example).
 
– Rub or brush gently to remove soil.

SUEDE AND NUBUCK CARE

Every 2 to 3 years, take advantage of the summer to entrust us with your clothing and carry out degreasing* (cleaning, waterproofing), in order to restore its shine.
Apply waterproofing every six months. Proceed with waterproofing outdoors, and keep the aerosol about 30 centimeters from the garment. Pay particular attention to the shoulder area.

Maintain your suede/nubuck clothing after the rain:
 
– Let dry.
 
– Gently brush the leather with a nubuck brush to clean it.
 
– Apply a waterproofing agent.
 
 
 
If you get a grease stain on your suede/nubuck clothing:
 
– Apply Sommières earth to the stain. It’s a very absorbant clay.
 
– Rub gently with a soft cloth or with your finger at the level of the stain, leaving some soil on it.
 
– Leave it to act for a few hours (overnight for example).
 
– Rub or brush gently to remove soil.
