OUR RETURN CONDITIONS
If you are not satisfied with your order or if the size of the item you ordered does not fit, Ziliion-Leather offers you the possibility to return your order within 10 days of receipt!
For any item purchased on our website (as in stores) outside Sales periods, simple alterations are free.- Once the garment is shipped to your home, take the time to accurately measure the length of the sleeves to be removed.
- The return procedure is detailed in the warranty card that you receive with your garment.
- We pay for the second shipment of your retouched item within 12 days at our expense.
- For more complex alterations, an estimate will be sent to you after an estimate from our foreman.
- For alterations concerning items on sale and/or on promotion, the price will be sent to you at the same time as your return number.
- You must return the item in the box in which it was sent to you unless it is damaged. In this case, take a reinforced box of the same size as the one used to ship your order, large enough not to put the product in a ball in the box!
- The product must not have been worn but just tried on. ALL labels must be present on the product for the exchange to be accepted. The product must be in perfect condition and well folded in the original packaging to avoid creases. Also, don’t forget to put the plastic wrap around the product to protect it.
Please note: the After-Sales Service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions is not respected. In this case, the product will be automatically returned to you. Any altered garment can no longer be exchanged or refunded.
